Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept Visa, Mastercard and Debit cards via Sellerdeck Payments who are part of Credit Call one of the largest payment providers in the UK. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship*. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
*If paying via PayPal full payment will be taken at the time the order is placed.
**Please note that we will only accept PayPal payments from confirmed addresses, please ensure that your delivery and invoice address is confirmed in your PayPal account before making a purchase. If payment is made via PayPal with and un-confirmed address we will automatically review, refund and cancel the order, this is to protect both us and yourself from un-authorised use and card fraud.
Paying by Finance
Finance payments are handled byv12 Finance, an independant broker. Orders placed via this method are excluded from our next day delivery and can take up to 5 days to arrive. You will be notified by email on dispatch. Deliveries for finance orders will only be sent to the confirmed address on your finance application and MUST be signed for at that address.
*Please note that discount codes are not available when paying by finance.

None of these four stores personal data. The first two expire on closing the browser. Expiry period of the second two is set for 24 hours.
At present there is no indication that the above cookies will be affected by the application of the new law. However we are monitoring the situation and will respond to any change that would negatively affect our website and your privacy.

Delivery - Goods are priced in UK sterling. For delivery to any country outside the UK please telephone +44 (0) 1767 686666
Please note that BBQ's may arrive on a pallet due to the weight and size. Insurance restrictions mean the delivery driver will not be able to carry the barbecue up or down steps, through a property, wheel the pallet across a gravel driveway or up particularly steep driveways. Unfortunately, the delivery company we use are also unable to remove items from the pallet or take the pallet away with them. The driver will only be able to wheel the pallet as far as physically possible, which may only be kerbside.
Please see individual product details for current delivery times. Our parcel carriers deliver weekdays between 8am and 6pm. A failed delivery will automatically be attempted on the next working day, any further attempts will incur additional charges, Please be aware that the delivery driver may require help with large or heavy parcel deliveries. If a delivery attempt has been made the driver will try to leave a card saying so with instructions to call the local depot, please do as instructed and dont just ignore the card. If nobody is available to receive and sign for the delivery it can be left in a safe location or with a neighbour, please specify details in the special instructions field. We Offer free delivery for orders over £50 within the Mainland UK Only, *Excluding Scottish highlands, Island, Channel Island and Ireland etc.

Please note that these charges are due to courier surcharges and are unfortunately not something we can build into our overall pricing structure.
Damaged or missing items must be reported within 24 hours. We will not be liable to you if a 'non-signature' service is requested, or written instructions are given to leave goods in a 'safe' location, and the goods are subsequently lost or damaged.
- We require a photo of the damages emailed to us at sales@bedsbbq.co.uk - Once photo evidence has been received, we can organise a replacement for the damaged part.

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Returns Policy
Changed your mind about an item? You'll need to return it in its original, unused re-saleable condition and within 14 days of receipt..
Please package the unwanted items as you received them, with adequate packaging we will not be able to refund any items that are damaged in transit. Complete with a copy of your order Confirmation outlining the reason for return, and send them back to.

Pallet collection return
There is a £75 charge for initial delivery and a £95 charge for collection on BBQs.,
For your protection we recommend that you use a delivery service that is either recorded, tracked, or has proof of postage as we will not be liable for lost or damaged items in transit. We will refund any postage costs if the return is a result of our error, we made in fulfilling your order. If the goods are faulty/Damaged and if possible, the damaged parts of the order/BBQ will be replaced in the first instance. Any refunds will be made within 30 days. This does not affect your statutory rights.
We reserve the right to charge a re-stocking charge of up to 25% of the value of the item.
Unfortunately, we're unable to exchange any orders placed online. You'll need to return your item in its original, unused condition and place a new order for the item you require.
Damages
We take care to ensure all items arrive in perfect condition. If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please check the contents and supply images of the damage. please contact us immediately, any damage should be notified to us within 48 hours of delivery, simply reply to your order confirmation or email [email] quoting your order number and detail the problem, wherever possible please attach photos to speed up the process. If your order looks like it has had a rough journey, please mark the delivery note accordingly, before you sign. Any damage should be notified to us within 48 hours of delivery. Any discrepancy in your order, missing parts or faulty product must be reported as soon as is reasonable after delivery, preferably within 48 hours. (We can make allowances for missing parts and faulty parts outside of this period, during the first two weeks of January only. In the event any of your barbecue arriving damaged or missing parts, replacement parts will be issued in the first instance. Missing parts and certain damage do not constitute an automatic return. If we cannot supply replacement parts, a refund or complete replacement will be offered. If your product arrives faulty please contact us sales@bedsbbq.co.uk. If your item develops a fault within a reasonable period, please do not continue to use the product and report it to sales@bedsbbq.co.uk as soon as convenient No returns will be accepted unless authorised. Any required refunds will be issued within 14 working days. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Cancellations
Please contact us immediately if you have just changed your mind want to cancel, amend or add any details on your order, simply reply to your Order Confirmation email or call us on 01767 686666.
Once your order has been placed and you have received your order number, it will be processed instantaneously, wherever possible, dispatched the same day.
Once dispatched, we cannot cancel your order. However, we will do our best to intervene and re-direct it back to ourselves. In this instance any costs arising from failed or re-directed deliveries will need to be deducted from the refund amount.
We always try to get things right but very rarely we may make a mistake by publishing inaccurate information about our products (e.g., the price, description or availability of a product you have ordered). If we do, we will hold our hands up and tell you that we've made a mistake. We may have to cancel your order at any time up to the point of dispatch, even if you have received your order confirmation email from us. If we cancel your order, a full refund will be issued. Sometimes things happen which are outside of our control.
