Gozney Classic Pizza Dough Mix - Just Add Water
Be pizza ready at all times with the Gozney Classic Pizza Dough Mix, SIMPLY ADD WATER!
The Gozney Classic Pizza Dough Mix makes:
4x 12" (30cm) Pizzas = 4x 277g Dough Balls
Just Add Water Mix Contains:
1x Pizza Mix (657g)
1x Yeast Sachet (4g)
Almost as easy as:
1- Add Water , 2- Mix , 3- Create Pizza
Method:
(2 HOUR PROOF at Room Temperature)
01- In large bowl, add packet of dough mix, add in 1 packet yeast (included, 4g) and hand mix for 30 seconds.
02- Add 430f of room temperature water.
03- Mix well until dough is smooth (10-12 minuetes by hand or 5-8 minytes with mixer on slow speed)
04- Form into 4 equal sized round balls (270-277g) - Place into lightly oiled Gozney Dough Tray or controner (you can use pan spray oil)
05- Cover for 2-4 hours at room temperature (until dough has doubled in size)
06- Coat with flour and hand stretch to 12" (30cm) circle
07- Add toppings of your choice before baking
08- Bake in Gozney Pizza Oven in 330 degrees celcius for 5-6 minutes or home oven 230 degrees celcius (gas mark 8) for 8-10 minutes. Rotate while cooking until you reach desired colour.
09- ENJOY!

Please see individual product details for current delivery times. Our parcel carriers deliver weekdays between 8am and 6pm.
Please note that BBQ's may arrive on a pallet due to the weight and size. Insurance restrictions mean the delivery driver will not be able to carry the barbecue up or down steps, through a property, wheel the pallet across a gravel driveway or up particularly steep driveways. Unfortunately, the delivery company we use are also unable to remove items from the pallet or take the pallet away with them. The driver will only be able to wheel the pallet as far as physically possible, which may only be kerbside.
Purchasing your BBQ with our free delivery service, is agreeing to these terms and conditions.
We can offer a paid service to build and deliver your BBQ. Please call us first, to discuss your requirements.
A failed delivery will automatically be attempted on the next working day, any further attempts will incur additional charges. If a delivery attempt has been made the driver will leave a card detialing your locl depot. Please do as instructed and don't just ignore the card. If nobody is available to receive and sign for the delivery it can be left in a safe location or with a neighbour, please specify details in the special instructions field. Please note that these charges are due to courier surcharges and are unfortunately not something we can build into our overall pricing structure.
Damaged or missing items must be reported within 24 hours. We will not be liable to you if a 'non-signature' service is requested, or written instructions are given to leave goods in a 'safe' location, and the goods are subsequently lost or damaged.
- We require a photo of the damages emailed to us at [email protected]
- Once photo evidence has been received we can organise a replacement for the damaged part.
Cancellations & Refunds
At Bedfordshire Barbeque Centre Ltd we want you to be delighted with your order, so if you are unhappy you can return them within 14 days of receipt for a replacement. Goods must be in the same condition as when despatched. We will refund any postage costs if the return is a result of our error we made in fulfilling your order. If the goods are faulty/Damaged and if possible the damaged parts of the order/BBQ will be replaced in the first instance. Any refunds will be made within 30 days. This does not affect your statutory rights.
To make a return please send the item(s) together with the original invoice and a covering letter explaining the reason for the return. Please wrap all items securely in original packaging and send to the address below:
