FREE DELIVERY for orders over £50.00 limited to Light Green map area, exclusions apply, prices are calculated at checkout. Please note that these charges are due to courier surcharges and are unfortunately not something we can build into our overall pricing structure.
We are temporarily unable to send deliveries to European Destinations.
No deliveries will take place on Bank holidays
No deliveries will take place over the Christmas period.
Orders placed, whilst the warehouse is closed will be dispatched as soon as we are back:
Closed April 18th - April 21st 2025 dispatching from April 22nd
Last shipping day before Christmas December 19th
Closed December 23rd 2025 - January 4th 2026 will be dispatching from January 5th 2026
Orders under £50.00 up to 30Kg incur a delivery charge of £6.95
Parcel Service for Items weighing 30Kg and under
In Stock orders, weighing 30kg and under, will be despatched* on a next working day service with DPD.
DPD 's Industry leading predict service provides a one-hour time slot on the day of delivery, notifications arrive by email and SMS, so you don't have to wait in all day, accompanied by a real-time map.
Not going to be in, delivery amendments can be made directly with DPD (after your order has been dispatched)

Pallet Service for orders weighing 30Kg and over
In Stock orders, weighing 30kg and over, will be dispatched* on a pallet on a 2-3 *working day service
Please note the majority of our BBQ's arrive on a pallet and require assembly. We can offer a 'Build and Deliver' service, please contact us if you require a quotation for this service.
Pallet delivery insurance restrictions state that the delivery driver will not be able to carry the barbecue up or down steps, through a property, wheel the pallet across a gravel driveway or up particularly steep driveways, in addition they cannot deliver:
Onto soft ground, grass, gravel or soil
Where a lorry cannot park legally
On a steep incline, unstable, soft or a muddy surface
Where road access does not provide 3.05m (10ft) width clearance and 4.27 (14ft) vertical clearance
Please contact us if the delivery address has a height, weight, parking or access restrictions, we can make alternative arrangements.
Unfortunately, the delivery company are unable to remove items from the pallet or take the pallet away with them. The driver will only be able to wheel the pallet as far as physically possible, which may only be kerbside.
A failed delivery will automatically be attempted on the next working day, any further attempts will incur additional charges. If a delivery attempt has been made the driver will leave a card detailing your local depot. If nobody is available to receive and sign for the delivery it can be left in a safe location or with a neighbour, please specify details in the special instructions field.

Saturday & AM Deliveries
We offer the option for AM and Saturday delivery; prices are calculated by weight and destination at checkout, starting from £25.00
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee Saturday delivery

Click & Collect
Shop our full range online from the comfort of your sofa and choose the Click and Collect option at the Shipping and Handling section of the checkout.
Our team will prepare your order and will send you an e-mail to confirm it's ready. We will do our utmost to prepare all orders placed before 2pm for collection by 5pm same day, Monday - Friday. Unfortunately, we cannot offer Click & Collect over the weekend.
To collect your order, please bring your invoice or email message along with some identification i.e. driving licence or bank card to confirm name, to the store. Please do not arrive at the store until we have confirmed your items are ready as your order may not be available to collect
Once your order has been placed it will be processed instantaneously your order confirmation will arrive with your order number.
Once prepared ready for collection, we will email you with details of collection, normally from our retail store. Please wait until you receive your order has shipped email before setting off to collect.
