Changed your mind about an item? You'll need to return it in its original, unused re-saleable condition and within 14 days of receipt..
Please package the unwanted items as you received them, with adequate packaging we will not be able to refund any items that are damaged in transit. Complete with a copy of your order Confirmation outlining the reason for return, and send them back to.

Pallet Return
There is a £75 charge for initial delivery and a £95 charge for collection on BBQs.,
For your protection we recommend that you use a delivery service that is either recorded, tracked, or has proof of postage as we will not be liable for lost or damaged items in transit.
We will refund any postage costs if the return is a result of our error, we made in fulfilling your order. If the goods arrive Damaged
Refunds will be issued within 14 working days. This does not affect your statutory rights.
We reserve the right to charge a re-stocking charge of up to 25% of the value of the item.
