Not Just BBQ Tomoato, Basil & Roasted Garlic Beer Bread Mix 500g
Bake a delicious beer bread on the BBQ to serve as a side dish and top it off with some delicious herb butter.
Just add beer to this easy to make bread mix. Put some muscle into it to form a smooth dough. Put it on the BBQ with a closed lid to create an oven. Offcourse the bread can be baked in a regular oven too, but it’s a lot more fun on the BBQ! This mix contains lovely ingredients like olives, rosemary and garlic. The mix is packed in a cool bag with news paper print and contains an easy recipe.
How to use:
In a large bowl mix the bread mix with 340ml of beer (one bottle). Knead well until you obtain a soft dough and make a loose ball. Put the dough in a lightly greased baking tray with the smooth side up. Or make small bread rolls by dividing the dough in 6 to 8 pieces. Cover with a damp tea towel and let it rise for 1 hour at room temperature. Then put tray in a preheated oven at 190°C or in a tightly closed barbecue. Bake the bread for about 1 hour, or shorter if you’re making small bread rolls, until the core temperature reaches 88-93°C. Remove the bread from the tray and let it cool down on a wire rack.

Please note that BBQ's may arrive on a pallet due to the weight and size. Insurance restrictions mean the delivery driver will not be able to carry the barbecue up or down steps, through a property, wheel the pallet across a gravel driveway or up particularly steep driveways. Unfortunately, the delivery company we use are also unable to remove items from the pallet or take the pallet away with them. The driver will only be able to wheel the pallet as far as physically possible, which may only be kerbside.

We can offer a paid service to build and deliver your BBQ. Please call us first, to discuss your requirements.
A failed delivery will automatically be attempted on the next working day, any further attempts will incur additional charges. If a delivery attempt has been made the driver will leave a card detialing your locl depot. Please do as instructed and don't just ignore the card. If nobody is available to receive and sign for the delivery it can be left in a safe location or with a neighbour, please specify details in the special instructions field. Damaged or missing items must be reported within 24 hours. We will not be liable to you if a 'non-signature' service is requested, or written instructions are given to leave goods in a 'safe' location, and the goods are subsequently lost or damaged.
- We require a photo of the damages emailed to us at [email protected]
- Once photo evidence has been received we can organise a replacement for the damaged part.
Cancellations & Refunds
At Bedfordshire Barbeque Centre Ltd we want you to be delighted with your order, so if you are unhappy you can return them within 14 days of receipt for a replacement. Goods must be in the same condition as when despatched. We will refund any postage costs if the return is a result of our error we made in fulfilling your order. If the goods are faulty/Damaged and if possible the damaged parts of the order/BBQ will be replaced in the first instance. Any refunds will be made within 30 days. This does not affect your statutory rights.
To make a return please send the item(s) together with the original invoice and a covering letter explaining the reason for the return. Please wrap all items securely in original packaging and send to the address below:
